Advocation

When I first though about what I wanted to advocate about, it came down to two ideas.  The two ideas I came down to were animal cruelty and industrial pollution.  The reason I came down to these two ideas is because I feel very strongly about both of these topics.  I ended up choosing industrial pollution because it contributes to more than 50 percent of the worlds pollution.  

Industrial pollution can consist of many different things.  One of the most common forms of water pollution is caused by dumping of industrial waste into waterways.  This form of pollution causes leakage into groundwater and waterways.  Another form of industrial pollution can impact air quality, which can enter the soil, causing widespread environmental problems.

The goals of my project are pretty simple.  I am going to point out the reasons why industrial pollution is really damaging to the nature of the global environment.  I will show pictures that will describe, just through a visual standpoint, on how bad pollution is for the environment.  I will show pictures of dumping and the results that can happen from this type of pollution.  I will then show pictures of air and ground pollution.  The pictures will show the drastic effects on how pollution can kill not only plants, but animals as well.

I believe that this project will help me learn a lot more about industrial pollution.  I am very interested in the safety of the environment, and what people can do to save the environment.  I will list ways on how people can change the amount of pollution that goes into the air of the environment.  There has to be a way to make business that doesn't involve polluting the environment.
